Social media is one of the cheapest yet most effective ways of getting our message across — unlike advertising, a real person is behind every post, reply, or comment.

Democracy is the people's choice — you're a person, and you can help make our democracy better.

Guide for supporters

Know your area

Pick your favourite policy area and get familiar with it — know the mechanism, not just the slogan.

Reply and share

When you see something relevant on any platform, reply or share.

Go beyond the usual

Look for new places and audiences, not just the same few accounts.

What to engage with

Real conversations

Anyone genuinely discussing politics, especially cost of living, housing, or accountability.

Real reach

Posts from larger accounts that are getting real engagement.

Real value

Conversations where a specific, sourced fact would actually add something — not just a slogan.

What to write

Keep it simple and specific, e.g.:

I'll be voting for @fusionPartyAus this election. Here's what they'd actually do about it: fusionparty.org.au/policies

Always back a claim with a source or a number where you can — that's what makes Fusion different from the usual slogans. Point people to the mechanism (a contract, a policy, a cost), not just a vibe.

A note on representing the party

⚠️
Please don't add "Fusion Party" or our logo to your name or profile picture. Membership applications are reviewed by the executive committee before they're confirmed, and even once you're a member, official branding is reserved for verified party accounts and spokespeople — it avoids any confusion about who's speaking for Fusion. You can absolutely say you support us, share our posts, and make the case in your own words and voice.
